Although Jive had announced the online debut of the song at midnight tonight, Britney Spears's lead single from her upcoming seventh studio has leaked hours earlier on the internet. "Hold It Against Me" features production from Dr. Luke and Max Martin and vocals from a nearly 30 year old Spears (scary how time flies by, right?) and is practically identical to the demo leaked last week. It is a pulsating dance number, the ideal pop confection for new Britney music, with a little dubstep-type breakdown during the third verse that would be perfect for a dance-off in the music video. Its iTunes release time is midnight, so expect it to make a very high debut on the Billboard Hot 100 next week.
