Rihanna, Adele and Cee-Lo to Perform at BRIT Awards

The 2011 BRIT Awards will feature a star-studded lineup of performers this year as Rihanna, Adele, and Cee-Lo plan hit the stage. The ceremony, which will take place at London's O2 Arena on February 15th, is the British equivalent to the U.S.'s Grammy Awards, which will air just two days before the the BRITs. Rihanna is nominated for the International Female Solo Artist award, while Cee-Lo Green's The Lady Killer is nominated for the International Album of the Year award. Other performers expected to perform include Grammy nominee Mumford & Sons, along BRIT nominees Tinie Tempah and Plan B, whose albums continue their strong run in the top ten in the UK charts.

It will be interesting to see what songs will be performed by the artists. Will Rihanna stick with her two number one hits "Only Girl (In the World)" and "What's My Name?" or will she use the platform to introduce her new single "S&M" to UK audiences? Cee-Lo Green will likely perform some of his UK number one "F*** You" (censored, of course), but his top 20 "It's OK" is also expected to see a performance. Adele has the most to gain from the performance as her album will be the freshest release of all the performers as her album 21 will be released just weeks before the show. Who will nail their performances and who will just simply underwhelm?
