Katy Perry has three number one songs under her belt with her sophomore album Teenage Dream. If that isn't a direct refutation to the "sophomore slump" trend that plagues many artists, than I don't what is! Regardless, her fourth single is the first song leaked before from her most recent LP, which is titled "E.T.," and yes, it stands for extraterrestrial.

Ironically, I prefer the original, unmastered version to the finalized album version as the raw vocals sounded more natural and appropriate for the song, but I digress. A sneak peak to the single artwork was released to her Facebook page earlier today and the simplicity of the picture is great. The black-and-white photo displays the singer in a blouse with jet black hair and her hands postured in a prayer position. The finalized product won't hit the net for several days but the idea looks great.
