It appears that Lil Wayne is saying goodbye to twitter after his account was hacked over the weekend. The hacker used the rappers twitter account (@liltunchi) to send insulting tweets to a host of different emcees, including 50 Cent, Fat Joe, The Game and Soulja Boy.
In the tweet sent to Soulja Boy, the hacker told the 20 year-old "Kiss Me Thru The Phone" rapper, "I sent donations to your Paypal, check it, I heard you got 13,000 sales lil homie, I feel bad for you!" Other offensive tweets were sent to the other emcees as well.
The hacker did not only offend other rappers, but used the opportunity to take shots as the New Orleans rapper as well, including a tweet that stated, "The real reason I made 6'7 is cuz that's how tall the n***a in rikers was that raped me." As this was the second time Weezy's account was hacked, he decided to delete his account with no word when or if he'll return.
The vulnerability of artists' twitter pages has been demonstrated time and time again as a number of famous twitterers have suffered the same fate with their accounts. There's no word if the hacker will be charged, but the embarrassment alone is worthy of a Young Money hitman out for revenge, even if a tweet or two were funny.
