Louis Farrakhan is not one to shy away from controversy. In fact, most of his ramblings are steeped in yards of controversy for the sake of garnering attention. So does it come to anyone's surprise that the leader of the Nation of Islam has emerged to call gays, lesbians, and Rihanna fans swine? I guess not but that's exactly what the Gaddafi supporter told his supporters at a speech recently.
When speaking to the crowd, he called the sexually charged performances of Rihanna as "filthy" and said those who enjoy these performances are "swine." These words are not that surprising considering the man has been supportive of Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi, who has been responsible for the murders of over a thousand protestors against his three-decade-plus dictatorship.
Recently, Rihanna has taken to her twitter to address the insulting words of Farrakhan.
"A minister says I perform filthy, sat and watched the filth, the called you SWINE for doing the same! Haa, is that judgment in your tone?," she sent her followers in a tweet. "I certainly don't think you are swin! But a holy man of God does!!!" Preach girl, preach!
