Christina Aguilera to Sing National Anthem at Super Bowl
Grammy award winning singer Christina Aguilera has snagged a very significant opportunity to parade those vocal chops in front of a huge crowd: the Super Bowl. Although the NFL would not officially confirm nor deny the reports, but it has all but been made official by insiders.
Kanye Pulls Another "Taylor Swift Incident" on Britney Spears?
Well, not really, but would anyone really put it past 'Ye? Anyways, Kanye West tweeted today with some levity about the fact that his new Jay-Z-assisted single, "H.A.M." is stuck at number two on iTunes, being held off by Britney Spears' "Hold It Against Me." In the tweet, the rapper said, "Yo Britney, I'm really happy for you and I'mma let you be #1, but me and Jay-Z single is one of the best songs of all time! LOL."
Kesha & Andre 3000 Team Up on "Sleazy" Remix
Earlier this week, I wrote about an unlikely collaboration brewing between Drake and Florence and the Machine. How could this week end without another unusual collaboration; and alas, we have one. Kesha's "Sleazy" has been remixed with a few bars by none other than Andre 3000. The member of Outkast slyly spits over the Bangladesh-produced beat , rapping, "This crazy lady named Kesha is guessing my Mercedes. Would be all new and frou-frou, but it's a 1980s. But not that we are cool-cool, she sipping Irish Baileys."

REVIEW: "What The Hell" by Avril Lavigne
When we were first introduced to Avril Lavigne in 2002, she was complaining about how complicated boys can be. Now, the 26-year-old has decided to forgo the timid and well-composed Avril for the raging and unapologetic antagonist in her new song "What The Hell." From her fourth studio album Goodbye Lullaby, the track is as catchy new addition to the pop catalog of Lavigne's, which is much more of a continuation sonically to her 2007 The Best Damn Thing.

Jessie J Writing For Willow Smith's Debut Album
Jessie J is a unique talent in the music world. This is the same artist that one day can write an age-appropriate super-hit like "Party in the USA" and the next day pen an adult only female anthem like "Do It Like a Dude." Therefore, it should come as no surprise that the 22 year-old Brit is working her magic on new Willow music.
Lupe Fiasco Postpones Project for Yeezy-Jigga Album
However, the G.O.O.D. Friday mixtape released by Kanye West before his recent album last year renewed hope of the group returning to the studio for the long-awaited album after appearing on the track "Don't Stop!" The good news is that they will be hitting the studio. The bad news is it won't be happening anytime soon.
NEW VIDEO: "Back to December" by Taylor Swift
Taylor Swift has premiered the video of her next single "Back to December" today, a song heavily rumored to be a mea culpa to Taylor Lautner after the their short-lived relationship fizzled last year. The solemn pop ballad features a dynamic orchestra instrumental and a much lesser country feel and the music video follows the solemnity and wintry cold lyrics of the song.
